Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall provide the software and services that include: Cloud hosting scheduling software to incorporate: o Detail Scheduling o Overtime Scheduling o Shift Scheduling o Leave Requests Working with NFD to configure and implement the system Training key staff to then use a “train the trainer” model Providing on-going support and maintenance. ; The regular work schedule for all operational firefighters consists of an average workweek of forty-two (42) hours worked by a four (4)-Platoon/Group system (A, B, C, D) as follows: One (1) ten (10) hour day on duty, immediately followed by one (1) fourteen (14) hour night on duty Followed by two (2) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour days off duty Followed by one (1) ten (10) hour day on duty, immediately followed by one (1) fourteen (14) hour night on duty Followed by four (4) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour days off duty, totaling ninety-six (96) consecutive hours off duty
