Specifications include, but are not limited to: One-time lawn care services for the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery located in North Little Rock, Arkansas (ASVC-NLR or Cemetery). Selected Contractor will provide the following: A. Mowing of all accessible turf areas as shown in marked sections of Attachment 1. This is all short Bermuda Grass. Grass height shall be cut between 3 and 3 1/2 inches. Visible clippings shall be mulched or bagged and removed. B. Trimming in all areas not accessible by mowers to include, but not limited to, around all headstones, buildings, poles, posts, trees, etc., taking care not to damage any items, especially the headstones. Trimming heights shall match mowing height. C. Litter removal in all turf areas. This shall include, but is not limited to, grass, weeds, paper goods, and any other small debris. D. Mowing and trimming should be accomplished in a manner to keep streets, sidewalks, building entryways and vehicles free from debris. These areas shall be cleaned with a blower as necessary to remove clippings, dust, debris, etc. after mowing is complete. E. Remove weed and debris from flower beds and other common areas. F. Provide all equipment and labor need to complete services. Provide twenty-four (24) hour notification prior to work to be started.
