Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) COALINGA Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide weekly Landscape Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: C-27, Landscaping B. Contractor and subcontractor(s) shall be registered with the Department of Labor Relations for public works projects pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. See Exhibit D, section E. Public Works Contractor Registration Program. C. Contractor shall provide Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Commercial Liability Insurance Requirements set forth in Exhibit E. D. Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for Contractor to provide Weekly Landscape Services.
