Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of several phases of work over a two- and half-year period. Work to include the renovation of the current Frost Arena (new First Bank & Trust Arena), which is the competition arena for varsity basketball (men’s and women’s), women’s volleyball and wrestling. Work will also include an addition to fill the gap between the First Bank & Trust Arena (South side) and the practice facility. This addition will include the new primary public entrance to the arena and will be an enclosed concourse that separates the arena from the practice facility. The building site is on the East Central side of campus. The scope of work will include construction testing services as required by the project plans and specifications and may include: • Concrete Reinforcing • Cast-in-Place Concrete • Precast Structural Concrete • Concrete Unit Masonry • Masonry Veneer • Structural Steel • Steel Joist Framing • Steel Decking • Cold Formed Metal Framing • Excavation and Fill • Steel Helical Piles
