Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of the renovation of the existing HVAC system at the Cleveland Odom Clinic. The project will include the replacement of seven (7) rooftop packaged units and removal of low-pressure air distribution ductwork and air terminals with new zones, air terminal units with electric reheat, exhaust fans to match current occupancy space usage, and associated electrical work. Night, weekend work, and multiple phases may be necessary to accomplish this scope of work. Temporary HVAC equipment/systems may be necessary. The work shall be substantially complete with one-hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the date the contract time commences. Be sure your proposal package is complete.
