Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Bidders shall provide fixed pricing for an initial quantity of two (2) units to be ordered as soon as practicable after award and execution of any contract resulting from this RFP.; 2.2. Bidders shall agree to provide updated quotes upon request for any later additional quantity or quantities of the same or subsequent equivalent model of overall product, to be quotes at then-existing prices, as a price/discount rate that is as good or better than the price discount rate applied to the initial two units.; 2.3.Units must perform hydro excavation on culverts and drainage structures. Units must perform high pressure jetting of drainage pipes 6” to 24” to a minimum of 500’. Jetting system pump must be a commercial grade industrial pump that produces 2000psi mi. in a 3/4” hose to 500’minimum. Units must be able to vacuum pump storm drains and drop inlet drainage structures separately or in unison with jetting system. Vacuum and water pumps must be hydrostatic driven and have the ability to be driven at the same time at full power. Options for service and or parts at percentage off will be considered as part of the bid.; 2.4.Bidders shall provide an estimated build time for delivery which will be a consideration for any award issued; 2.5.
