Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. General Requirements • Interpret furniture layout plans. • Wear company’s identifying uniforms while working on CSN campus. • Successful bidder’s lead installer must be equipped with a cell phone on every CSN project. • Successful bidder’s supervisor’s cell phone number shall be on file with CSN coordinator before project commencement. • Project supervisor or lead installer must be able to communicate to CSN coordinator in a professional manner. • Any items or finishes damaged, marred or lost by the successful bidder shall be completely repaired, replaced or refinished by the bidder to the satisfaction of CSN and/or the manufacturer within ninety (90) days of incident. • At all times, local ordinances must be observed on CSN property, including but not limited to access to fire lanes, fire extinguishers, and emergency call stations. • Obtain all necessary licenses and permits required by Federal, State, and local municipalities to provide transportation services. • Obtain certificate of insurance that meets all of CSN requirements. • Successful bidder is responsible to dispose of all refuse from each project and shall not use waste receptacles on CSN property. • On all projects successful bidder will document and maintain an inventory log of all furniture moves and relocations. Inventory log must be submitted to CSN coordinator daily for reconciliation. If an inventory tagging system is used for tracking furniture movement, prior approval from the CSN coordinator must be obtained. • Items requiring electrical or gas/air connections will only be “set in place” by successful bidder. CSN will coordinate an electrician or other qualified Contractor to make all direct connections to the building.
