Specifications include, but are not limited to: Janitorial cleaning services for the period May 1 to Dec 31, 2022, for the Harbormaster Building located at 2933 Tongass Avenue. Once a week cleaning of the upstairs offices, office areas, break room, hallways, lobby and “interior” restrooms including: • Vacuuming all carpeted areas including stairs. • Vacuuming all floor mats. • Damp mopping all vinyl flooring. • Dusting all horizontal surfaces. • Emptying all waste receptacles into owner provided dumpster. • Cleaning all plumbing fixtures. • Disinfecting toilets. • Refilling all dispensers. Twice a week cleaning of the “exterior” restrooms on the first floor including: • Mopping or scrubbing tiled floors. • Removing rubber shower mats from shower stalls, clean and disinfect both sides of the shower mats, and clean the shower stall floor underneath the mats. • Cleaning all plumbing fixtures. • Disinfecting urinals, toilets, and showers. • Damp wiping all dispensers, tiled and painted portions of toilet room walls, and stall dividers. • Cleaning all mirrors. • Emptying all waste receptacles into owner provided dumpster. • Refilling all dispensers.
