Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sussex County Family Court project located at 100 E. Market Street in Georgetown, Delaware, involves the demolition of the structures and parking lots as well as the construction of the courthouse and parking structure.; The courthouse building consists of +/- 110,000 sf on three levels, including (8) eight Family Courtrooms with their associated support spaces as well as a Justice of the Peace Truancy Court. The courthouse primarily hosts the Family Court, but also is home to the Law Library, and includes offices or touchdown spaces for other associated departments and agencies.; The +/- 420 car parking structure is adjacent to and on the same site as the new Family Courthouse.
