Specifications include, but are not limited to: Staffing The Applicant must provide one (1) full-time equivalent (FTE) qualified staff, who demonstrates extensive experience with Refer/Navigate data entry, training, and support. For the purposes of this RFA, one (1) FTE is equal to one (1) full-time employee who works 37.5 hours per week to provide customer support, training, and data entry as described in this RFA. The Applicant must ensure staff assigned to the resulting contract has qualifications that include, but are not limited to: Experience: At least four (4) years of experience with: The Refer/Navigate system; Information, referral and assistance, and resource database; Training development and provision; and Non-profit and/or human service fields. License/Certification: Community Resource Specialist - Database Curator (CRS - DC), within nine (9) months of the resulting contract effective date.
