Specifications include, but are not limited to: 18.1. The Contractor shall provide a Service Manager assigned to oversee the resulting contract. 18.2. The Service Manager shall serve as IMCBA contact for the length of the resulting agreement and any subsequent extension. Service Manager shall be sufficiently fluent in English to communicate effectively any job-related performance issues with City. 18.3. The Contractor shall provide name, phone number, email address and any other pertinent contact information for the Service Manager. 18.4. The Contractor shall immediately notify IMCBA of any change in position of the Manager Designee and provide the replacement information as outlined herein. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to bring any replacement up to date on the contract services required. 18.5. The Service Manager shall have sufficient training and experience in management as judged by IMCBA.
