Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this RFP is to seek proposals from qualified vendors who possess a demonstrable track record of developing, creating, administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological written examinations and structured oral assessments deployed to police and fire applicants for pre-employment applicant purposes. The successful vendor shall be required to perform job task analysis on the target position(s); facilitate subject matter expert teams; review job descriptions and specifications; conduct adverse impact ratio analysis on all applicable psychometric testing results; develop or provision written examinations, develop or provision structured oral assessments; and, perform statistical analysis on all applicable psychometric testing results. The successful vendor shall be required to adhere to the requirements of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychologists, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Uniform Guidelines in Public Employment Selection Procedures, and Principles for the Validation and Use of Personnel Selection Procedures. The resulting contract(s) may be awarded to multiple vendors identified through the RFP process.
