Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary objective of this project is to provide full architectural services for Phase 1: American Way, including Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Permitting, Construction Documents, Bid Phase services and Construction Administration services for the selective demolition, reconstruction, renovation and expansion of approximately 25,000 square feet of the facility, as well as programming services for Phase 2: East Wing, approximately 20,000 s quare feet. American Way will consist of reconstructed patient rooms and associated services. The East Wing programming will include new space for Environmental Services, including laundry, central housekeeping and medical supply, maintenance shop, and shipping/receiving. The Construction Administration services for Phase 1 shall extend through the end of the one-year warranty period.
