Specifications include, but are not limited to: Development and implement a robust and focused business development and marketing effort, which will include, but not be limited to the following activities: Re-design the Loring Development Authority website Develop and manage a social media campaign Develop and distribute an e-newsletter Produce, market and distribute promotional materials suitable for business attraction Attend targeted industry trade shows and events Conduct target business visits Implement a business prospect management program to facilitate business decisions in locating at the Loring Commerce Centre, to include, but not be limited to the following activities: Disseminate critical site and facility information to business prospects Coordinate with existing entities on the Loring campus to facilitate mutual business opportunities Prepare customized business presentation materials and proposals Provide business development advice and assistance to Loring Development Authority Coordinate lease and sale documents Assist with airport development opportunities Establish system for data tracking and quarterly reporting that must include the following: The number of businesses contacted The number of business engagements New lease/sale agreements and potential jobs Anticipated ongoing revenue as a result of new business The successful bidder will be required to attend monthly Loring Development Authority Board meetings (virtually) and provide updates regarding progress.
