Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supply and install a camera system at the Thrive 55+ (formerly known as the Groton Senior Center). The Town of Groton Public Works Department is looking for Request for Proposals (RFP) to supply and install a camera system at the Thrive 55+ (formerly known as the Groton Senior Center). The cameras should be located to cover all entrances to the building, common areas and the exercise, fitness, community, Computer room, and music room as shown on the plans. The exterior cameras should focus on main entrance (South side of building) and the West parking lot. The system shall include the following: • Combination of indoor and outdoor cameras, minimum 4.0 megapixel (MP) • All cameras shall be auto focus, IR Illumination, Day Night, Backlight adjustment, vandal proof, file format should be h.264 mpeg4 or H.264/MJPEG, PoE. • Video footage shall be kept for 30 days with all cameras running 24hours/7days a week, at 18 frames per second with options to save and share instances indefinitely. Must have secure remote access for authorized users. • Minimum five software licenses to log in from other buildings through town network. Any and all playback (viewer) and conversion software must be included. • Active Directory Integration/LDAP for user login and permissions • Supply a 32 inch viewing station at the reception desk
