Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Las Vegas (“Owner”) hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor (“Applicants”), to submit written Proposals for the performance of construction manager at risk services for the Symphony Park L Garage Expansion and Vehicle Bridge Project (“Project”). PWP No: CL-2022-336 Estimated Project Cost: $ 17,000,000 Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin August 2022 and construction is anticipated to begin April 2023, with estimated completion February 2024.
