Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Construction of three (3) gravel wetlands and associated closed drainage infrastructure within VTrans right-of-way along US Route 7 (no impact to pavement surfaces or utilities anticipated); • Installation of two catch basin risers and associated grading to reduce peak stormwater runoff and encourage sediment deposition; • Construction of a closed drainage system as laid out in the contract drawings (hand digging near existing utilities will be required); • Removal and replacement of concrete curbing where necessary; • Repaving US Route 7 to match existing pavement schedule; • Repaving of private lot per detail on contract drawings; • Placement of stone fill and construction of stone step pools; • Installation of seven (7) log steps within existing drainage conveyance; • Provide traffic controls per MUTCD requirements; • Install erosion controls as depicted on the contract drawings (at a minimum); • Contractor to follow the Vermont Agency of Transportation 2018 Standard Specifications for Construction; • Contractor to adhere to the Vermont Agency of Transportation State Highway Access and Work Permit – Georgia, US 7 & VT 104A, MM 1.05~1.3 & MM 0~0.03, LS 55+44~68+64 RT & 00+00~01+84 LT (Permit # 44945)
