Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rake, remove debris and repair all torn up lawn areas in the Town Office and playground areas: use existing sod as much as possible, provide additional loam and seed and provide “level” area for mowing. The “ballfield” is not included in this item. 2. Remove all sand from Town Parking Lot and Town Office Road 3. Remove all sand from paved Carriage Road from Rt.27 to the End of Pavement. 4. Remove all sand from paved section of driveway and parking area of the road to the Library and Anti-Gravity Center 5. Remove all sand from the paved road and parking area at the Transfer Station 6. Rake and remove all debris, leaves, etc., from the lawn area at the Campbell Field Parking Lot and also from the parking area to the Campbell Field Bridge
