Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition of existing Kitchen 2. Install commercial grade flat panel cabinets in original design with light maple finish including D-handle brush nickel hardware. 3. Install plastic laminate counters (color choice by owner) and backsplash with a quality two-bay stainless-steel sink and chrome faucet. 4. Cabinets over Refrigerator will be deleted from design. 5. Black GE appliances include- Dishwasher, Electric glass top oven, Over range recirc hood and a commercial grade counter microwave. Fridge provided by owner. 6. Oven hood needs to have a Guardian 1384B suppression system supplied and installed. 7. Adding an Estop button that controls oven and counter outlets in this kitchen area. 8. Any electrical work needs to be provided by bidder 9. All debris to be removed by contractor. 10. Permit responsibility of the contractor.
