Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tree and shrub care on Town Parks and other properties. Hazard Management Provide annual inspection of the trees and shrubs on the property and advise Parks and Recreation staff on potential risks and hazards. Pest Management: Inspect all trees at Clark House Park for insect and mite pests, diseases and cultural problems that could impact plant health. Provide up to 4 treatments using natural or organic methods of pest management needed to suppress pest damage and promote plant health. Provide treatment recommendations for pests and cultural problems on plants that exceed height specifications. Soil Management Provide soil testing to develop prescription fertilizer for the following: 2 sugar maples at Clark House and Fire Station Museum.
