Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Remove and Disposal of existing boilers, expansion tank and vent piping.; • Installation of 2-High Efficiency Boilers in the original location.; • Boiler mounting rack.; • Install 2-Boiler Pumps.; • Install condensate neutralization packages.; • Low water cutoff safeties.; • Install venting and fresh air piping from boilers to the outside of building.; • Install a new expansion tank.; • Reconnect all water piping from new boiler to existing piping.; • Provide electrician to reconnect high and low voltage wiring.; • Reconnect gas piping to the new boilers.; • Perform factory start up and programming of system with manufacturing representative.; • Obtain any necessary permits and/or inspections.
