Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must: 1. Provide and complete vehicle maintenance service and preventative vehicle maintenance services within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the Contract Monitor, Contract Manager, Hub Manager, or Car Coordinator calls for service to the time the serviced vehicle is delivered back to the Department. If the Contractor deems it necessary to have a longer service time due to unforeseen repairs or parts that need to be ordered, the Contractor must notify the Contract Monitor or Hub Manager immediately and a new timeline must be mutually agreed upon for the service to be completed. 2. Facilitate the pick-up of vehicles and drop off to same location: Vehicles are located in Boise, Idaho at one (1) of the seven (7) main locations below: a. 1720 Westgate Drive; b. 3232 Elder Street; c. 3276 Elder Street; d. 550 West State Street; e. 417 South 6th Street; f. 12438 West Bridger Street; and g. 2220 Old Penitentiary Road 3. Provide the facilities, tools, diagnostic scanning software, necessary products, and individuals needed to provide professional services for each vehicle in the service area. 4. Not smoke in any Department fleet vehicle. 5. Maintain an office and shop located within a five (5) mile radius of the city limits and must staff the local office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain time during normal state of Idaho business days, see http://www.sos.idaho.gov/general/holidays.html for state holidays. 6. Ensure that all repair work done on Department vehicles is completed by industry certified staff with current certification from Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent. 7. Have been in business providing services similar to the specifications required in this RFQ for a minimum of five (5) years.
