Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop and conduct a comprehensive price sensitivity analysis for both the undergraduate and graduate programs of all six institutions within the South Dakota regental system. The analyses for each institution should determine the impact of tuition and net pricing strategies on new student demand, while the system-level analysis reports the trends between all six institutions. The vendor will develop an economic model to measure both undergraduate and graduate student price sensitivity and the impact of current tuition and fee structures on enrollment behavior, including recommendations and trends. The successful bidder will be able to provide detailed data that delivers a thorough understanding of who is recruited and how the process has changed over the last three to five years; this analysis will encourage critical pricing strategies and policy discussions to implement strategies for all six institutions
