Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide employment skills training, employment services, case management, participant follow-up and participant support services.; This shall encompass courses for 16 cadets between the dates of May 23rd, 2022 to June 10th, 2022. These courses will include but are not limited to: Heavy Equipment Training; Introduction to Heavy Equipment Operations (40 hours), Introduction to Crane Operations (40 hours), Introduction to Heavy Duty Mechanics (40 hours). Safety Training (totaling 32 hours); OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR/AED, Scaffold User/Fall protection, Trades Math and Optical Instruments. Lastly, introduction to Maritime 40 hour; Personal Safety and Social Responsibility, Personal Survival Techniques, survival suits in a pool, knot tying, Classroom Marine Firefighting, and Introduction to Navigation.
