Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bidder shall provide all required Janitorial Services for the Main Street Station facility located at 777 Main Street, Suite 170, Boise, Idaho as described below. Cleaning services include but are not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, surface wiping, toilet and sink cleaning, trash removal, and other associated janitorial and related tasks. Additional alternate tasks are also described and listed below. The work shall be completed after hours – between 10 pm and 5 am Monday through Saturday. Workers will be required to pass a City of Boise background check. VRT will provide all cleaning agents but bidder should expect to provide all equipment needed to provide the services listed below such as vacuums, mops, brooms, waxing equipment and pressure washers as needed.
