Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide employment skills training, employment services, case management, participant follow-up and participant support services. This shall encompass courses for 16 cadets between the dates of May 23rd, 2022 to June 10th, 2022. These courses will include but are not limited to: Heavy Equipment Training; Introduction to Heavy Equipment Operations (40 hours), Introduction to Crane Operations (40 hours), Introduction to Heavy Duty Mechanics (40 hours). Safety Training (totaling 32 hours); OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR/AED, Scaffold User/Fall protection, Trades Math and Optical Instruments. Lastly, introduction to Maritime 40 hour; Personal Safety and Social Responsibility, Personal Survival Techniques, survival suits in a pool, knot tying, Classroom Marine Firefighting, and Introduction to Navigation.
