Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide the State with custom printing services in support of the following print jobs based on the specifications contained in this section below (see Appendix B for examples). The Contractor shall provide preproduction proofs of all print jobs to the State by an agreed upon date between the apparently successful bidder(s) and the State that shall be no later than May 30, 2022, and approved by the State before printing begins. Once proofs are finalized, the State shall send them to our lockbox facility to ensure compatibility, with an anticipated timeframe of one week for testing (Note: this testing timeframe will be finalized with the apparently successful bidder(s)). The Contractor shall make revisions as required by the State based on the testing outcomes. The State shall notify the Contractor when proofs are finalized.
