Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Facilities and Administrative Rate determination to the Department of Health and Human Services, (DHHS) Dallas Texas. Collect data necessary to prepare University of Houston’s draft Facilities & Administrative Cost Proposal for rates that will be effective commencing September 1, 2024. Develop a strategy for negotiating a Facilities & Administrative Rate Agreement with the Department of Health and Human Services’ Program Support Center – Cost Allocation Services, that is determined to be optimal to satisfy the University’s needs regarding sponsored program awards. Assist the University in determining an optimum applicable time period for the negotiated Facilities & Administrative Rate Agreement. Represent the University during the negotiations of a Facilities & Administrative Rate Agreement with Department of Health and Human Services’ Program Support Center – Cost Allocation Services.
