Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall be responsible for conceptual design and drawings of a steel building (120’ x 100’). Building shall have 1 20’ x 20’ overhead door on each gable end, as well as 1 14’ x 14’ overhead to the right side of the front of the building on each gable end. 4 steel entry doors and 15 30” x 30” windows. Concrete, electrical, plumbing, heating (pellet furnace) and radiant heat with quick recovery systems over bay doors should also be part of the design drawing, excavation, septic, well. Equipped with bathroom, kitchen/break room, 3 offices and one large parts/storage room. Also, small bay will be used as a wash bay for trucks so proper drain and storage tank will be needed. Septic design will be handled by Municipality.
