Specifications include, but are not limited to: The development, integration, and implementation of an Alaska Grown program online registration and database management system that integrates with current State of Alaska OIT systems and security requirements. The New system (application(s)/program(s) 1. Must migrate and centralize existing and new data and provide business intelligence solutions for research and reporting activities. 2. Supports efficient business processes by reducing manual data entry, increasing automation, reducing transitions between paper and electronic documents, and providing access from a variety of locations and device types. 3. Must be developed in a form compatible with the State of Alaska information technology, stack/suite. 4. Must meet all the requirements for security for the State of Alaska. 5. Must be easy for division staff to configure and modify independently, without the ongoing support of information technology resources.
