Specifications include, but are not limited to: South Dakota Manufacturing & Technology Solutions (MTS) is seeking a professional Consultant to help MTS with delivering automation solutions to manufacturers in South Dakota. The Consultant shall be responsible for successfully managing at least five client projects during the contract term. The projects shall include analysis in helping clients determine what automation solutions are needed using Lean manufacturing techniques. The Consultant shall provide clients with 2 to 4 integrators or partners that fit the needs of their automation project. The Consultant shall deliver at least 3 educational workshops to help manufacturers understand how automation can be used in their business. Lastly, the Consultant shall develop and deliver automation awareness events for K12 students in conjunction with local partners. Proposals must include a detailed plan as to how the Consultant will provide such services to the Clients. Proposals must include any relevant experience the Consultant has regarding the required services. A minimum of three Client references must be provided including contact information. The references should be relative to the required services in this RFP
