Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dover, NH wishes to determine the value of a conservation easement on the following property: 1. A property owned by David W. and Raquel C. Stockbower that is located at 170 Garrison Road and is known as tax map J, lot 3A. The total parcel is 13.02 acres in area. Approximately 3.5 acres would remain unencumbered leaving 9.52 acres for the conservation easement (Attachment C). To assist with the appraisal, McEneaney Survey Associates, on behalf of the owners, produced a conceptual 9 lot subdivision plan showing the highest and best use case (Attachment C). This conceptual plan was reviewed by Planning Department Staff and adheres to City of Dover regulations.
