The purpose of this amendment to solicitation FA465919RA001 for custodial
services at Cavalier AFS, ND, is to:
A. Incorporate the most recent Addendum "A" for the collective
bargaining agreement (CBA), effective 01 Oct 2018.
B. Answer contractor submitted questions. (See attachment QA - 19 Mar
19)
C. Incorporate an updated Performance Work Statement (dated 15 Mar 19),
which:
. Modified sect 1.1.5 to include recycling collection
. Updated Appendix A to include weekly recycling collection
for buildings 830, 820, &707 (p. 19)
. Updated Appendix C floor plans, removing buildings 706 and
708 and adding 707 and 723.
. Added not to Appendix A for quarterly cleaning of recessed
grill mats for the entryway to building 723.
D. Extend the response due date from 3:00 pm CST on 20 March 2019 to
3:00 pm CST on 22 March 2019.
E. There are no further changes.
