Specifications include, but are not limited to: STUDS, DRYWALL, CEILINGS & DFH: 1. This contractor is required to review all drawings including Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Equipment and Telecommunications prior to mobilization to site to identify all items that need to be embedded-in, penetrate, or generally coordinated with this package.; 2. This contractor is responsible to provide a dedicated layout crew (either in-house or independent) to perform layout of all walls, all doors, and window openings in walls. This crew must be onsite at the request of the construction manager when areas become available for layout. Layout work will consist of marking lines on the floor with permanent marker and applying a sealer over the markings to keep them from fading.; 3. This contractor is responsible for all dumpsters related to their work.; 4. This contractor will be responsible for all wall assemblies, floor framing, ceiling/roof framing, exterior stud walls, interior metal stud walls, pressure treated framing, pressure treated skirting, pressure treated posts, pressure treated girders, wood framed stairs, wood headers, wood beams, ceilings, soffits, bulkheads, sheathing, subfloor, composite decking, drywall, gypsum board, vapor barriers, batt insulation and sound batt material.; 5. This contractor is responsible for furnish and install of all washroom accessories per the contract documents.; 6. This contractor is responsible for furnish and install of all doors, frames, windows, and hardware.; 7. This contractor is responsible for furnish and install of all siding, exterior trim, and interior trim and all associated components.; 8. Provide all post anchors and reinforcing angles.; 9. Provide all hardware to complete this work.; 10. Provide all additional insulation per General notes.; MODULAR CLASSROOM: This work shall include all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, shop drawings, submittals, layout, unloading, scaffolding, ladders, hoisting, transportation, taxes, permits, engineering, support functions, insurance, bonds, and any other items or services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the proper execution and completion of the work, whether temporary or permanent, in accordance with all drawings, specifications, addenda, general conditions, requirements, and other related documents as indicated herein.
