Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firms for Coaching Services. Coaches: Coaches must be certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or have completed an Executive and Professional Coaching Certification Program approved by the ICF. All Coaches are required to adhere to the ICF Ethics and Standards Coaches with a background in working with higher education and/or healthcare are a plus TTUHSC Leaders should have the opportunity to interview up to three (3) coaches to determine best fit Coaching Sessions: Service to begin no later than September 1, 2022 o Session should begin for each individual leader after they select their coach o At the 6-month point, the coach and coachee decide how to proceed All sessions should be provided in a virual format o Zoom, Skype, or company coaching plaftfrom are acceptable Live-Online coaching sessions offered One-on-one, live-online coaching sessions offered On demand sessions offered: leaders would be able to complete these additional trainings if the coach and coachee feel it will be beneficial. Ability for coachees to have the autonomy to extend use of training platform/materials beyond the 6-month coaching engagement, should they choose to do so Session should remain private, between coach and coachee, no TTUHSC supervisor will have the right to know what is discussed Coaching Plaftorm and/or Coaching Materials: Ability for TTUHSC leaders to complete a leader development assessment or 360- style assessment Ability for TTUHSC leaders to be able to evaluate their coach after each session (this could be through a feedback form or scoring document etc.) Must have a “portal” for coachees to login and track coaching sessions, see development progression, learn about their coach, receive notifications etc. Mobile app for use on phone is a plus, but not a requirement
