Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upon referral by the City of an appeal to the appointed Administrative Hearing Officer (which term shall include all attorneys referenced in the proposal), hearings shall be scheduled and conducted in a timely and efficient manner consistent with law and this RFQ. As part of the consideration process, the City will review the abilities of a proposer to be available for scheduled hearings, including those that may be scheduled in an expedited manner. Selected proposer agrees not to represent a client in a matter adverse to City, its officers, agents, and assigns unless the proposer obtains a written waiver from City in conformance with the Nevada Rules of Professional Responsibility.
