Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The scope of the work involved shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools and equipment to inspect and test, as well as to maintain and service, the various fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, vesda systems, clean agent fire suppression systems and sprinkler systems, in the Boston Public Library locations listed in paragraph A.1.b. below. Such work is to include the resetting of activated fire alarm devices. All work is to be in accordance with National Fire Protection Association recommendations and the requirements of the City of Boston Fire Department, Fire Alarm Division. b. THE CONTRACTOR IS ALSO REQUIRED TO PROVIDE QUARTERLY (4 TIMES PER YEAR) CERTIFICATION FOR SPRINKLER SYSTEMS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: ADAMS BRANCH, CODMAN SQ. BRANCH, ROXBURY BRANCH, EAST BOSTON BRANCH, HONAN-ALLSTON BRANCH, HYDE PARK BRANCH, JAMAICA PLAIN BRANCH, MATTAPAN BRANCH , ROSLINDALE BRANCH, WEST ROXBURY BRANCH AND THE BOYLSTON ST (Public Space & Rare Books* see attached drawings) and MCKIM BUILDING
