Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Bidders are encouraged to bid on any/all PPV/SSV/SSP vehicles available through the manufacturer(s) for which a bidder is an authorized dealer.; 2.2. Bidders are strongly encouraged to structure their descriptions of offerings, and prices, in a format that specifically tracks, as closely as possible, the format and structure of manufacturer ordering guides, to provide, as clearly and fully as possible, detail-level pricing on each/all base model PPV/SSVs, any and all option packages, any and all options, etc., to give maximum possible selection and price transparency to the State in evaluating bids, and in any contracts that may be awarded based upon this RFP. See the example within the Price Sheet (which is intended only as an example, bidders are to submit their own current offerings and prices for each/all PPV/SSV models that they are bidding on) as an example of the type and extent of details that the State is seeking.; 2.3. For each distinct model, bidders should provide a firm fixed price for the Base Price, for that model, DELIVERED, including transport, title, State Inspection, and any & all other costs to be fully ready for immediate usage.; Bidders should be as clear as possible in relation to the following: 2.2.1 In situations in which variants of a vehicle mode with different engines or drivetrains (FWD/AWD/RWD, hybrid, etc.) are each considered distinct models, unto themselves, bidders must provide base price for each such model.; 2.2.2 In situations in which variants of models with different engines or drivetrains are considered to be elective option packages within a single model, bidders must provide the base price for the base-level model, and then clearly state the available packages or options for engines, drivetrains, etc., as packages and/or options, with clear pricing of each such optional selection within the model.; 2.2.3 Clearly distinguish between models, or packages, and relevant prices, for rear wheel drive, four wheel drive, all wheel drive, or front wheel drive.; 2.2.4 Clearly distinguish available base drivetrains and upgraded drivetrains (Conventional, and, if hybrid &/or electric is available, then each such option or combination) within each model, and price for each/any such drivetrain upgrades or combinations. For each model and/or drivetrain combination, provide applicable EPA MPG rating(s).; 2.4. For each model, provide technical and functional characteristics and package-level pricing and/or optionlevel pricing for: 2.4.1 All available individual options, and price per-option; 2.4.2 All available option packages, and price per option package; 2.4.3 All available technology integration offerings and prices 2.4.5 All available prep packages, and price per prep package; 2.4.6 All available special offering paint colors and pricing; 2.4.7 All available special factory light package options, and pricing; 2.4.8 Any and all incentive offers or incentive packages available; 2.4.9 Describe in detail the features, services, and pricing, of any and all telematics and/or other connected-data offerings available; 2.4.10 Describe in detail any and all diagnostic equipment and/or software available to law enforcement fleets, and provide pricing for each; 2.5. Provide fullest possible detail of any and all “upfitting” products and services as may be available from the manufacturer and/or your dealership, with as much detail as possible as to pricing of any such products and/or services.
