Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project (A) is to complete Phase Two of the Crossman Engineering Plan: Finished Final Grading, Football/Soccer Field installation, walking path, perimeter fencing per specifications of the above- referenced plan. Project (B) is to complete Phase Two of the Crossman Engineering Plan: Finished final grading, bituminous concrete, line painting, installation of tennis net with posts, basketball hoops, and fencing per the specifications of the above-referenced plan. Project (C) is to complete Phase Two of the Crossman Engineering Plan, Landscaping and Ornamental Plantings as described Sheet L1 of the above-referenced plan. Project (D) is to furnish and install a well, well enclosure (8’ x 6’), 10,000 Gallon precast Concrete Underground Storage Tank (water tight) (Alternate Bid Item 1) pursuant to the design details and specifications noted on sheet C1 and as referenced in Phase Two of the Crossman Engineering Plan. Project (E) is to furnish and install a concession stand (20’ by 16’) (Alternate Bid Item 2) pursuant to the design details and specifications noted on sheet C1 and as referenced in Phase Two of the Crossman Engineering Plan.
