Specifications include, but are not limited to: Current ordinance diagnosis. The successful Respondent will work closely with City staff in producing a diagnosis of the existing Code.; Prioritizing certain section. The successful Respondent will create a priority list of ordinances to update, provide cost estimates for each bill draft, and suggest a timeline for review and adoption.; Drafting the bills. The successful Respondent will draft bills in accordance with principles of ordinance drafting and Boulder City's history style, making any conforming changes necessary for adoption.; Presentation. The successful Respondent will present proposed changes to the City Council, and the Planning Commission, if required.
