Specifications include, but are not limited to: develop a comprehensive disaster recovery and resiliency economic development plan, focused on pandemic recovery and resiliency. Successful contractor will have capacity to immediately mobilize and conduct all subject matter expertise and related requirements associated with the Fort Belknap Indian Community’s EDA CARES ACT grant. Contractor will have demonstrated successful experience authoring and being awarded via a tribal entity an EDA CARES ACT grant. Contractor will also have experience developing survey questionnaires, and current experience working with COVID19 disaster response, mitigation and recovery, including but not limited to sustained support of clinical, business and public health operations.
