Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Bidder will enter unit prices for all AOS-G Office 365 licenses listed in the bid form, the term for the quotes and specify if the price is locked until the end of term. The “Total Annual License Price” for each item will be calculated by the submitted “Monthly License Fee” times the “Estimated Qty Needed”. All “Total Annual Price” will be summarized. B. The Bidder will enter any available support provided with the AOS-G Office 365 contracts. All Support term details should be provided on an attached sheet and submitted with the bid form documents. The support information provided should include such things as, but not limited to; complimentary support, support levels, hourly rates, multi-year discounts, service time periods.
