Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.2 Permitting Phase: Provide plans and specifications and other information as needed for submitting a building permit to the Vermont Division of Fire Safety.; 2.1.3 Schematic Design Phase: Review the existing conditions and plans, including roofing, flashing, penetrations, curbs, ladders, steps, security fencing, etc.; 2.1.4 Design Development Phase: Prepare design documents and specifications for owner’s review and approval. Design must meet current all codes. If the energy code requires additional insulation, the consultant shall evaluate the roof structure and include any required design modifications in their scope of work.; 2.1.5 Construction Documents Phase: Provide full construction documents (plans and specifications) indicating the work to be performed, including all details and accessories necessary for a complete installation, to meet manufacturer’s warranty requirements.; 2.1.6 Bidding or Negotiation Phase: The Architect shall attend the pre-bid meeting and provide written answers to all questions or decisions and assist in the preparation of addendums.; 2.1.7 Construction Administration Phase: The Architect shall represent the owner in administrating the construction contract, including but not limited to receiving and reviewing all submittals, RFIs, Change Order requests and pay applications, per Master Contract. Attend pre-construction meeting, bi-weekly job meetings, and punch list walk through meeting.
