Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified licensed, insured and bonded entities for Public Relations and Communications Services to report to the Executive Director/CEO and coordinate with Department Heads as needed. Services include but not limited to the following: 2.01 Promote and support the shaping of understanding of the agency's mission and activities with the general public; 2.02 Ensure the Authority's messaging is presented consistently and uniformly with the general public across agency departments and designated spokespersons; 2.03 Create and share current media trends and protocols with senior staff; 2.04 Develop script to manage, and monitor messaging generated via the agency's various social media accounts, included (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Constant Contact; 2.05 Review and assess proposed legislation impacting the SNRHA. Develop strategies to advance SNRHA objectives in the State Legislature. 2.06 Cultivate partnerships with notable elected officials, community influencers, active and engaged residents, and other public stakeholders throughout the region and state. 2.07 Develop style guidelines and templates for the production of flyers and promotional collateral regarding SNRHA programs to maintain uniformity and continuity; 2.08 Garner support of local civic organizations and stakeholders to advance agency initiatives and policy positions on public housing; affordable housing and other programs.
