Specifications include, but are not limited to: QTY 1 EA; Börger Rotary Lobe Pump PL300 (71.4 gal per 100/rev) with 7.5 HP 1770 rpm Premium efficient motor, TEFC, 213TC, 1.15SF, 3ph, 60Hz, 230/460V; QTY 1 EA; Börger Rotary Lobe Pump CL520 (137.3 gal per 100/rev) with 15 HP 1760 rpm Premium efficient motor, TEFC, 254TC, 1.15SF, 3ph, 60Hz, 230/460V; QTY 1 EA; Rotary Lobe Thickened Sludge Pump per attached minimum specification; QTY 1 EA; Rotary Lobe Digested Sludge Pump per attached minimum specification; 1. Attachment A has all the necessary fittings for a complete assembly installation and represents pumps with the dimensions of a provided base frame and fittings to allow such direct installation into the existing location and piping assemblies for the intended purpose.; 2. All custom pump modifications (if any), inline reducers, custom base frame standoffs, fittings or couplings, guards, and custom piping or spool pieces to fit into existing location are to be included in bid price.; 3. Bid must include all recommended spare and wear parts, and specialized tools. Those Items and quantities are shown on Attachment 1 and shall be included in the bid from any pump manufacturer.; 4. Solicitation is for QTY 1 thickened sludge pump type capable of providing a nominal capacity of 150 GPM at 26.5 PSI and 237 rpm & QTY 1 digested sludge pump type capable of providing a nominal capacity of 260 GPM at 31.2 PSI and 237 rpm.; 5. All grease fittings for pump lubrication shall be readily accessible without requiring the removal of guards or covers.
