Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Generator Procedure list to be performed monthly: a. Inspect set per OEM recommendations.; b. Check oil level.; c. Check coolant level.; d. Check coolant heater.; e. Check and clean air filter.; f. Check and test battery charging system.; g. Drain fuel filter report indications of moisture.; h. Check and test antifreeze and DCA concentration.; i. Check and adjust drive belt tension.; j. Check fuel level.; k. Drain exhaust condensate trap (if applicable).; l. Check and test starting batteries.; m. Check generator air outlet.; n. Clean and inspect crankcase breather.; o. Check radiator hoses for wear and cracks.; 2. Generator Procedure list to be performed April and October: a. Sample and analyze fluids, provide test results and recommendations.; 3. Automatic Transfer Switch Procedure list to be performed in October: a. Clean & inspect transfer switch.; b. Perform annual operation test per O&M manual.; c. Change the display battery.
