Specifications include, but are not limited to: PART I: Provide services for an Integrated Vegetation Management (IVM) Program for stormwater facilities listed under the “Pricing Sheet” twice a year; first application in March and the second application in October. These services should include, but are not limited to:; • Treat all emergent invasive, such as Phragmites, and native nuisance vegetation, such as young, woody vegetation and Multi Floral Rose, in the stormwater facilities and vegetative buffers.; • Cut, rake and remove all treated vegetation 2-3 weeks after the IVM treatment was completed.; • A licensed aquatic pesticide applicator will apply all chemicals.; • Include a list of Aquatic Herbicides and Algaecides, with pricing, which will be used for treatments.; PART II: Provide services for the storm water management facilities listed under “Pricing Sheet”. Total costs should be averaged to reflect a single monthly price for 9 months from March 1st to November 30th. These services should include, but not limited to: • Routine manual maintenance to remove minor sediment from all inlet structures and their rip-rap aprons, outlet structure and their rip-rap aprons, (including low flow orifices, weirs, and trash racks), outfall structures and their rip-rap aprons and Emergency Spillways.; • Please refer to the attached Stormwater Glossary for definitions.; • Aeration System general maintenance at Paper Mill Park and Mansion Farms NCC.; • Trash and organic debris removal.; • A vegetative buffer (NO MOW ZONE) should be left undisturbed minimum 3 feet or more adjacent to the pond perimeter with the exception of a 5 – 10-foot access to and around the structures.; PART III: Perform 4 aquatic herbicide and Algaecide during the months of April- June- August and October focusing on the control of emergent invasive vegetation and pond weeds such as Primrose, Parrot Feather, Spatterdock, Duckweed and algae.; • A licensed aquatic pesticide applicator will apply all chemicals.; • Include a list of Aquatic Herbicides and Algaecides, with pricing, which will be used for treatments.; • Remove dead/treated vegetation as needed.
