Specifications include, but are not limited to: PORTABLE TOILET UNIT: Contractor shall provide, at each location; 1 ADA portable toilet unit and 2 standard portable toilet units, complying with the requirements listed below.; Contractor shall adjust grab bars upon delivery and at each service visit.; Contractor shall adjust door closers (if porovided) upon delivery and at each service visit.; Sweep period from an open position of 70-degrees shall be no less then 3-seconds to move a point of 3-inches from latch, measured to leading edge of door.; DOOR: 1. 3'-0" minimum width by 6'-8" minimum height.; 2. Shall be capable of opening at least 90-degrees with a minimum clear width of 32-inches for exit way.; 3. Shall be lockable for operable with one hand requiring no tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist.; MANUEVERING SPACE: 1. 6-inch diameter minimum clear floor space.; 2. Floor shall be stable, firm, and slip resistant.; 3. Vertical changes in level from 1/4-inch - 1/2 inch shall be beveled with a slope not steeper than 1:2. Verical changes in height shall not exceed 1/2-inch.
