Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a contract for Janitorial Services according to the following conditions and specifications for the below locations: Pulaski County Administration Building (77,121 sq ft.) Pulaski County Courthouse (88,000 sq ft.) Pulaski County Sanitation & Animal Services Building (30,060 sq ft.) The Contractor shall furnish all labor, expertise, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies, and any other materials required to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment in the buildings listed. This shall include, but is not limited to, all items specifically identified in the Request for Proposal. The equipment and supplies provided by the contractor shall include vacuums, brooms, mops, brushes, cloths, carpet shampoo’s, soap cleaners, disinfectants, dusting chemicals and all other supplies necessary to perform the service in a reasonable manner. In our continuing effort to protect our environment, recycled plastic products shall be supplied whenever possible. This will be monitored by the Department’s designated representative. Pulaski County will provide all restroom paper products, hand soap and trash can liners.
