Specifications include, but are not limited to: Child Care Management System (CCMS) Functionalities and Priorities Provide a Salesforce solution with an intuitive interface which includes Business Process Management Tools to be developed and implemented within the first twenty-four (24) months of the initial period of performance that: Replaces the Department’s current Legacy System; Streamlines the users’ experiences whether in the office or in the field using mobile devices by: Improving staff ability to make the correct data-driven decision by providing incorporated data quality and data management tools; Improving staff ability to make prompt Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP) eligibility determinations based on accurate family application information; Improving staff ability to make prompt licensing decisions based on accurate child care resource application information; Improving timeliness of response to requests for CCSP and Child Care licensing services; Improving family access to quality child care programs; Increasing collaboration, helping coordinate services, eliminating redundancies, improving client outcomes, and improving data quality through web-based portals and system interfaces with other Department agencies and outside providers; and Providing expanded reporting and Data Analytic Tools to provide real-time workforce management dashboards, allowing the Department to actively manage individual cases, worker caseloads, and Statewide operations. Is modularly designed with self-contained set of functionalities; and Addresses the Department’s priorities, specifically: Increasing access Statewide to affordable high-quality care for all Maine children;
